AC3 provides specialized inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair services for both façade access systems and crane equipment throughout California. We are the only company anywhere that holds both a Cal/OSHA Scaffold Inspection and Testing license (SIT-2, the longest standing in California) and a Cal/OSHA crane certificating agency accreditation (CA-231). For cranes and lifting equipment, our surveyors perform annual inspections and quadrennial proof load tests on mobile, overhead, and container cranes, aerial lift inspections, dielectric testing of insulated booms, DOT inspections, and nondestructive testing. For façade access systems, our technicians inspect, maintain, and repair BMUs, powered platforms, davits, and fall arrest anchors. AC3 performs nondestructive testing and structural inspection of ship-to-shore container cranes, RTG cranes, and other port and terminal lifting equipment, using visual, magnetic particle, and ultrasonic methods. Testing is carried out by AC3's QC1 weld inspector and ASNT Level II technicians under the direction of an AC3 ASNT Level III inspector.
